- PT. Bali Reservation Indonesia, only accepts rescheduling and cancellation requests according to policy.
- PT. Bali Reservasi Indonesia is not responsible for changes/delays in speedboat departure times.
- PT. Bali Reservasi Indonesia, is not responsible for the cancellation of speedboat departures due to real situations and conditions beyond control such as big waves, bad weather, speedboat damage. Customers can request rescheduling or cancellation by contacting us.
- Please check-in at least 30 minutes before departure.
- If a foreign national passenger has ordered a ticket but chose a local price and cannot show an Indonesian ID card at check-in, then the e-ticket is declared invalid.
- Reservations can be made by Booking Online via the Booking form, WhatsApp, Email, SMS and Phone.
- When placing an order, make sure the data you send is correct Starting from Name, Date, Time, Contact No., Email Address, Number of Participants.
- Make sure you read carefully Starting from Name, Date, Time, Contact No., Email Address, Number of Participants, Itinerary and Tour facilities on the reservation confirmation letter that we send to you via email or WhatsApp.

- Payment is made in the amount and currency as stated without any guarantor bank fees or other charges by Axestonefastcruise.com.
- Axestonefastcruise.com does not collect taxes or levies. Any tax charges will be borne by the user.
- For all forms of reservation, you must make payment before the specified time limit. If payment is not made, then Axestonefastcruise.com reserves the right to cancel all reservations or ignore the booking process.
- Payment methods include but are not limited to bank transfers and credit cards. For payment by bank transfer, you must provide a bank transfer receipt as proof of payment for the reservation listed in the Axestonefastcruise.com confirmation email. You must follow the procedure contained in the confirmation email.
- For other payment methods such as credit cards, you must follow the procedures stated by Axestonefastcruise.com and/or the relevant payment service provider.
- Once you have made your full payment, Axestonefastcruise.com will place your order and issue a booking code, which will be accompanied by:
- Order Code;
- Customer's name;
- Order Number;
- Order Details; and
- Phone Number/Extension.
- Cancellation from SPEEDBOAT due to bad weather, big waves, natural disasters, damaged boat engine, e-ticket rejected from boat staff or incomplete boat facilities, passengers will get a 100% money back guarantee or can reschedule for free.
- Cancellations from PASSENGER above 24 hours before the scheduled departure are subject to an admin fee of 10% of the total payment.
- Cancellation of a PASSENGER less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure, the passenger will be subject to a penalty of 20% of the total payment.
- Cancellation from PASSENGER less than 12 hours before scheduled departure, will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the total payment.
- Rescheduling from PASSENGER by choosing another schedule from the same SPEEDBOAT Company a maximum of 12 hours before scheduled departure, rescheduling can be done for free based on the availability of seats on the selected schedule.
- If the PASSENGER reschedules by choosing a SPEEDBOAT Company schedule that is different from the first choice, the Passenger will be subject to a cancellation penalty fee (according to the cancellation policy).
- Reschedule with a different SPEEDBOAT Company from the first choice will be accepted based on seat availability.
- These terms and conditions are binding
